Q: Can I use multiple accounts at one time?

A: Yes, you can use as many accounts as you want on the same linked PC.

Q: Can I use Polar on Pojav or another mobile launcher?

A: No, we do not support mobile launchers and do not have any plans to support them.

Q: What launchers can I use with Polar?

A: Most launchers will natively work with Polar, however we recommend that people use Prism or MultiMC.

Q: Will Polar work on bedrock edition MC?

A: No. Polar will only work on Java Minecraft.

Q: What OS can I use Polar on?

A: Polar will work on Windows, Macos, and Linux.

Q: Is the linking HWID or location based?

A: Polar is HWID linked. Every 7 days you can swap the linked PC to a different PC if you would like to do so.

Q: Can I link more than one PC at a time?

A: No, you can only HWID link one PC at a time.

Q: It keeps asking me to link even though I didn't change PCs?

A: This can happen for a multiple of reasons. The main reason happens to those who HWID spoof their PCs. Polar does not support HWID spoofed PCs and we will never support spoofed PCs. The other way you could become unlinked is if you swapped launchers. It's recommended to link to one launcher that supports multiple instances to avoid this issue. Why: The reason we don't is because there are too many options available. Between temp and perm spoofed options, the different kinds offered is endless. It's not reasonable to support that.

Q: I move between two different houses and need more than one link?

A: Like stated before you can only link to one PC at a time, and have the ability to swap the link every 7 days. If you need to relink sooner than 7 days, open a support ticket and explain the reason for an early reset.

Q: Can I purchase more than one link or lower the cooldown time?

A: No, currently we do not offer this as an option.

Q: Can I share my license?

A: No, sharing your license will result in it being revoked without a refund.

Q: Can I transfer my license from one discord account to another?

A: No, we do not transfer licenses from one discord to another.

Q: My discord was terminated, do I have to repurchase?

A: We no longer offer transfers. All licenses are tied to your discord account upon purchase. It is within your best interest to remain in good standing with Discord to avoid your account being terminated.

We no longer offer reclaiming of licenses if you purchased prior to the verification bot being added. The bot handles all license restoration automatically. If you purchased prior to the bot being added, unfortunately we are unable to verify your purchase and we cannot manually reinstate your access.
